In January I shared my goals for the year along with a promise to provide an update of my monthly breakdown at the beginning of each month. This month we were in full summer mode; as such I was actually surprised I got through as much as I did–meaning there is lots of room for improvement. But hey, life is always a work in progress. Here’s my July update.
