My Struggle with Weight Loss
As my close family and friends know, I have had a life-long struggle with my health. No matter which exercise program or diet plan I tried, I couldn’t lose the weight built up from two challenging childbirths.
I tried fitness apps, boot camp classes, and even training for a 1/2 marathon. Through it all, I could never drop the pounds…until I began to be honest with myself and others about my need for change.

I began writing down how I felt, what I was thankful for, and how I was going to achieve my goals one step at a time. The change was amazing. I was consistently losing weight for the first time in my life and I wasn’t even counting calories!
