This is it. I made it. The final week of the Straggling to Strong series. Did anyone notice I didn’t even get around to writing a post last week? I know. It was pitiful, but I really didn’t know how you guys would respond with the answer “Sorry, I have more important things than writing a post like playing the sandbox and trying on mommy’s shoes with my daughters” but it was true just the same. We definitely were having fun last week just being so silly that I just couldn’t give it up to sit down at the computer.
However, I sure should have though because I lost another pound last week. Yeah! That brought it up to 7 lbs. total. Then, this week was Thanksgiving. Nothing good in regards to weight loss every comes out of Thanksgiving. As with any holiday, I was just hoping to maintain.
So how did I end up at the end of this 12 week series?
7 pounds lighter. 4 inches skinner. And 10 times more health conscious.
