What a week. Peanut is getting to where she enjoys counting more and more every day. Counting how many chairs there are in a room. Counting how many people are going to be eating at the dining room table. Counting how many animals are in a picture. Counting. Counting. Counting. If she thinks she can count that high she is on it. I can’t believe how far she has come in just a few months. Letters have not really seemed to be much of a challenge for her but making the counting/number connection…phew…let’s just say it’s so exciting to see it finally click!
This week we also had a wonderful visit from one of our “Meemaw’s” who got to participate in school with us. Peanut loved showing her “how to do school” and having Meemaw read to her. It was definitely a great way to end the week.
