I am so excited about homeschooling Peanut beginning next summer that I can hardly wait. In the spirit of making school preparations (cause I’m a major planner), I’ve been contemplating how to best convert our sun room into a school/play room. Such that, come last week I gave in and let my creativity juices flow. Here’s the latest update.

Used baskets from the Dollar Tree to organize toys. |
Used bricks left over from my parents remodeling project to hold up 2″x 8′ boards for bookshelves. |
Used an old armoire to hold learning games and balls. |
Used brick pavers found around our house for book ends. |
From the outside in. |
Still thinking about adding an area rug, a small bean bag for reading and some other homeschool supplies such as a calendar and morning board, but I’m well on my way. What about you? Do you have a play room or schoolroom organization idea that you totally dig? If so, please share. I’m always looking for more ways to make our learning area more efficient and fun.
