
Peanut Free No Bake Pudding Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3⁄4 c. butter
- 1-6 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 sm. pkg instant pudding mix (our favorite flavors are butterscotch and chocolate)
- 4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Directions
- Bring sugar, butter, and milk to a full boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add pudding mix. Stir. Add oatmeal. Stir. Cool 15 minutes. Drop on wax paper. Cool to harden and enjoy!
