One of my favorite toss together meals are foil-packets. You just put everything in foil packets and bake. I guess you could say they are kind of like slow cooker meals on speed. Similar prep time but less wait time. Being one who enjoys Mexican food and down home cookin’ this is taco chicken recipe is one of my favorites. Even re-warmed as leftovers it still tastes yummy.
