This week we made an amazing discovery–Cosmic Kids Yoga. Have you heard of it? It’s 15 minutes of yoga for kids set to imaginative stories. Peanut LOVES them. She loves stories and loves acting out stories so this is just perfect for her. Right now Cosmic Kids Yoga is only available on YouTube but Jaime is set to come out with her first DVD this fall. We can hardly wait! Talk about a fun way to get in a few extra PE minutes! It was so fun. Peanut even had to take some time out over the weekend to show Daddy her yoga! And, as a mom who formerly detested yoga, I have to say even I enjoy doing the videos so it’s a win-win.
