This week was so exciting. Peanut had one of those “ah-ha” moments. It was so fun to watch. On Wednesday while we were practicing writing our “E” on the chalk board, Peanut got so excited after she wrote her E that she decided she wanted to write her whole name. And she did! What fun. I was so proud. She did it all and with little help from me. She even wrote the “i’s” in her name without my prompting and we haven’t even gotten to that letter yet in school. Ha! Goes to show that children will learn at their own pace…sometimes slow and sometimes fast. You just have to keep trudging along and praying to God for the rest. All that to say, its moments like these that make me excited to keep going. I can’t wait to see what she really grabs onto next!
