I’ve make this recipe twice now and each time I make it I am surprised I don’t make it more. It is an Indian soup made from Chana Dal beans. You can also use lentils but there is something about the chana dal bean that gives it extra sweetness that is delish. This is both Peanut and mine’s favorite vegetarian soup. If you’re looking for a cheap, vegetarian meal with some major protein and fiber, look no further. Pair this with some naan, flat bread, or rice and you’ve got a meal in the making.
