Some time ago I created height charts for both my girls and we’ve had fun marking them at all major milestones. I originally made the height charts because: 1) I didn’t have much money to purchase a “real” one and 2) I wanted to have something that I could mark their heights on and eventually take down and keep.
Recently, Teacup and I have begun to work through Before Five in a Row and one of the suggestions for The Carrot Seed by Ruth Krauss was to create a carrot height chart. Thus, I thought it was a great time to pull out my height chart again and give it a graphic update to share with Teacup and YOU, my readers. The result is what you see below.
To make a chart for yourself, simply download and print the height chart by clicking the image above. Then tape the letter-size pages so that the ruler measures 1/2″ between each dash (you may have to fold or cut one page slightly for this to work). I then chose to have our height charts laminated at my local Mardel for $1.00 so it would be easy to write on with a permanent marker and last the test of time.
That’s it! Have fun printing and watching your little ones grow!
Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation. 1 Peter 2:2
