In January I shared my goals for the year along with a promise to provide an update of my monthly breakdown at the beginning of each month. So far, I’m off to a great start and can see a great benefit to having yearly, monthly, and weekly goals. It makes projects feel so much more achievable! Here’s my April update.

- Complete 15+ minutes of resistance training per day(these are something I am continuing to strive for; still working on consistency)
- Begin eating foods from the Farmer’s Market once it opens (opens this week!)
Mental Health
- Read Even God Rested (read another book on my list instead since I didn’t get it from the library in time)
