I don’t know about you but around here life can get crazy around supper time especially with homeschooling, choir rehearsals, church activities, and swim lessons. That said, our go-to recipes lately have been casseroles! I love them because you can make them ahead of time (and even freeze them), and then just pop them into the oven 30 minutes to an hour before supper. That’s it!
Just think of all the things you could do with that last hour before supper too…like play with your kids, take a walk around the block, complete a less stressed 15-minute pick-up and so much more. It’s fabulous! That said, here are 5 casseroles that our girls love and are sure to be a hit with your family as well.
1. Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
2. Chicken Shepherd’s Pie
3. Spaghetti Pie
4. Lowfat Cheeseburger Pie
5. Spaghizza
