In 2012 I created a list of free online music education games that spread like wildfire. It was then that I realized the need for a list of free online education games for all subject areas and thus began gathering my collection of what has now become one humongous list of free online education games. I’ve divided the subjects into 10 key areas and will be sharing each subject’s list over the course of 10 days. You can find the links to each day’s post on the One Humongous List of Free Online Education Games landing page. Today’s subject–Social Studies. For your browsing convenience, each game list is organized into categories and/or grade levels if available. Have fun learning and playing at the same time!

**Did I leave something out? Feel free to let me know in the comments and I’ll be glad to add it to the links above for others! In order for online education games to be included in the above list they must be FREE, ONLINE, INTERACTIVE, and EDUCATIONAL. Thanks for your help in making this an even more HUMONGOUS resource for students.
