Titus 2 Tuesday–Linky Party #18

This Week on Cornerstone Confessions:
This week I stepped off the deep end and began a 12-week challenge to a life of healthier habits.  If you need some healthy motivation to accomplish one of those get fit New Year’s resolutions then come along and join me.  Together we can make it happen!

One of our favorite (and most addicting) desserts are no bake cookies.  Since there is at least one of us who has a peanut allergy though, the traditional no bake cookie recipe with peanut butter is a no go.  However, I have found the perfect peanut free alternative…one that tastes as good, if not better than its peanut butter predecessor.  In addition to that, you can make it in any pudding flavor you like!  Yum!

“What we believe dictates our actions.”  Do you believe that?  I mean really believe that?  If so, what do your actions say about you?  I was definitely convicted about this last Sunday at church.  It definitely gives a new perspective on “walk the walk, don’t just talk the talk.”  If you are ready to get real honest with yourself then I hope you’ll check out this post.
What Your Actions Say About You

Those of you following our preschool updates know that Peanut has begun memorizing Bible verses.  She eats it up.  Thus I was very excited to see this post by Rosilind.  If you are wanting to try helping your tot memorize scripture, Rosilind gives 4 simple yet effective ways to help make that happen.  I agree with her 100% as we use each of these with Peanut and have seen great results.

Life gets crazy when school goes back into session so the last thing you want to worry about is “what’s for breakfast?”  Although I’ll probably be steering clear of the cinnamon rolls for awhile, these are 10 great make ahead breakfasts bound to meet most nearly anyone’s pallette.  I’m definitely pinning these for future reference.

Now on to this week’s party….

Each week I will do my best to share a few of the most clicked links as well as a few of my favorites.  Be sure to check back here every Tuesday to see if you’ve been featured and to link up.  Now let’s get this party started.  I can’t wait to see what you have to share!

Party Guidelines:

  1. Post topics can include the topics of marriage, parenting, homemaking, devotional thoughts, time management, money management, organization, home decor, recipes, DIY, tutorials, and more.  If it would encourage another to be a Titus 2 woman, let us hear about it, but please refrain from including giveaways, sales, Etsy, or linky party posts.
  2. Link as many posts as like that have not been linked to Titus 2 Tuesdays before.  Remember, link to a SPECIFIC post, not your whole blog.
  3. Add a party button or text back link to your post.   My personal favorites always do.  ;) Html for a text link back:  Cornerstone Confessions
  4. Visit at least two other links and share some encouragement.
  5. Although not mandatory, I’d love it if you’d follow me in some way, shape or form.  I always enjoy making new friends.  And, if you follow me via RSS or e-mail you’ll receive a link to my Blog-and-Home-Planner Printables FREE as a thank you!

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.  Titus 2:3-5

  1. Thanks so much for the feature on my DIY shoe rack! The kids really enjoy helping with projects.

  2. I definitely need to check out those make-ahead breakfasts. Somehow I missed that one. Thanks for featuring my post this week. I am always so excited to hear of other people teaching their children to hide God’s Word in their hearts. It’s such an important habit to teach our children to cultivate in their lives. Thanks for the linky – I enjoy linking up here. Blessings!!

    • Good deal. Glad to have you. I haven’t gone through all the link ups yet but I definitely hope your post about abortion is on there. The picture you show of the 20 week along mother and the story to follow broke my heart. Thanks for taking a stand with a compassionate coating.

      Kathy

  7. For some weird reason, my link (#120) links back to Cornstone Confession rather than MY blog… even tho it shows the thumbnail from my blog! The correct link up is at:
