This week marks our third week of preschool. I think my favorite part of the day is when Peanut says, “I’m ready for school Mom” as she waits patiently to enter the school room. She has developed this tradition that she can’t enter the room until I have rung the school bell. Ha! So fun.

Each week I will try to share our lesson plans and printables for you to download for FREE. Each set of lesson plans is hyperlinked to online printables and other resources for your convenience. For our home school experience we have chosen to use several excellent resources found across the web, books from the library, or our own creations to provide a comprehensive preschool experience at minimal cost. While we do learn Bible verses, the ABCs, and 123s, I like to think of the Encompass curriculum as an organized play time that I get to have with my child each week. We have fun coloring, painting, dancing, and more all while learning some of the basics of life. I hope you’ll check it out and be sure to let me know what you think. Happy learning!

Hi! Welcome to Cornerstone Confessions. My name is Kathy Gossen and I'm a full time homemaker learning about what it means to be a godly woman in the everyday. On Cornerstone Confessions I share my adventures in organizing, homeschooling, cooking, parenting, and more as a means to encourage other women in their quest to becoming a Titus 2 model in their homes and beyond.

I hoping to start some very low-key preschool with my daughter in the fall. Thanks for the ideas!
You are welcome!
