When creating a blog you not only want to provide interesting and appealing posts, but you also want your blog page to be user friendly to keep readers coming back time and again. That said, here are 3 tutorials that I found very helpful in making my blog more user friendly.
1. Print Friendly--If a reader wants to print one of your posts, it often becomes a challenge or at the very least a huge waste of paper and ink to obtain a simple printed copy. That is unless you have a user friendly print button like Print Friendly. Print Friendly gives you the the html code as well as a variety of button choices to add a print button to the footer of your posts. Print Friendly also consolidates your post so that it uses the least amount of paper and ink when printing. For your readers this becomes a win-win.
2. Amy Lynn Andrew’s Post On Customizing Your FeedBurner Email Sign-Up Box–I enjoy reading Amy Lynn Andrew’s posts and thoroughly recommend them to aspiring bloggers because she provides short insightful tips on a regular basis that you can implement on your blog immediately for effective results. Her simple video tutorial on Customizing Your FeedBurner Email Sign-Up Box just happens to be one of my favorites. By customizing your email sign-up box, you make your blog more personal for your readers and give them a reason for becoming one of your blog’s subscribers.
3. Chycalopia’s Post on Adding a Pinterest Button to Your Posts–Being a quickly growing Pinterest fanatic, I searched high and low for a custom Pin It Button to add to my posts. This was the simplest tutorial I found and thank Chycalopia for it. If you have lots of videos and/or pictures on your blog this very well may be one button you want to add to gain extra followers.

Thanks for the suggestion. I already have a pin button set up but hadn’t even heard of Print Friendly. Just set that up now, THANKS!
Thanks for sharing these. I’m fairly new to blogging so this will be helpful.
