Read this book this weekend–“You’re Perfect Fit.” Totally wasn’t what I was expecting but a happy surprise. It’s definitely not eye candy and not a skim-read. Yet it was an easy read and very helpful. The authors Paige Adams-Geller and Ashley Borden share their expertise in their specialized areas by combining both fashion and fitness to create a new you. Paige shares what to wear for a certain body part and Ashley shares how to exercise that body part to feel good both inside and out. This book is definitely one of a kind. If you’re interested in more on physical balance you may want to check it out and see for yourself.
